Wheat (Atta) Dosa

Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Curry and coriander leaves - few
Water

Cooking Instructions
*Chop Onion, green chillies and ginger finely
*Take a pan add 1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds
*Once it starts to splutter, add jeera,green chillies, ginger and saute it.
*Finally add onions and saute till the raw smell goes.
*Take wheat and rice flour in a bowl add salt and the above mixture along with curry and coriander leaves.
*Add water till it becomes like Idli/dosa batter.
*Heat Tava, and pour the batter to form a outer ring and then fill the batter inside.
*Pour a little oil and when it becomes golden brown, remove from tava.

Best served when hot along with sambar or coconut chutney.
