Coarse Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 cup Ghee/unsalted butter -1 cup Milk - 2 tbsp Sugar - 1 cup water- 1 cup khoya - 1 cup Chopped almonds & pistachios Cardamom powder 1tsp
in a bowl add besan & ghee(2 tsp around) mix properly using hand.sieve mixture. then add milk in mixture. grease a plate & keep aside. prepare sugar syrup ,add few dryfruits & cardamom powder.(optional). heat a heavy bottomed pan add rest of ghee/butter .then add besan mixture saute properly..once u get nutty aroma.add khoya mix properly. after that add sugar syrup cook 7-8 min.there should be no lump so stir vigorously. spread besan mixture in greased plate.Garnish with rest of almond & pistachios. once Mohnathal set,it takes 3-4 hrs. Cut in desired shape & enjoy!!
